The Sales, Pricing and Transformation (SPT) business team is the business analysis and business decision of Global Marketing Services (GCS), which studies the market and uncovers insights that drive the growth of GCS. The Director will work closely with multiple stakeholders including Blueprint LT, Marketing, Finance, Risk and other key partners/COE teams. He (she) will be a key thought leader for the commercial team by enabling the entire organization to successfully execute strategic and competitive initiatives. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Director will lead special projects that advance the GCS strategy.
The ideal candidate aligns between key partners within Blueprint and the US SME to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategic priorities. He (she) will have leadership skills, critical thinking, communication and operational skills, and a proven track record of leadership from start to finish.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with brands to understand business goals and challenges to become a successful partner.
- Be efficient, negotiate and pivot to find balance to gain business value with your peers and customers.
- Demonstrate effective channel performance and distribution strategies through business intelligence and decision making. Support data-driven decision making and work with partners to measure and optimize business performance.
