As an Interim Human Resources Manager, you will coordinate and execute activities to support high-level hiring and staffing efforts for specific geographic areas. Main Functions
• Plan, implement and terminate recruitment programs based on employee evaluations.
• Assists candidates in progressing through the application process, including completing applications, verifying work permits, photographing badges, administering drug tests and other duties as assigned.
• Communicate with candidates to determine the best fit for the position and available opportunities.
• Use an applicant tracking system to move applicants through the application process and various other technologies.
• Meet critical deadlines to initiate a background check, complete drug screening process, and 100% compliance with a work permit.
• Unlimited processing of advanced transactions according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist managers in conducting regular audits and monitoring metrics.
• Participate in candidate generation activities by attending off-site events such as community fairs, recruiting events and career fairs.
• Determine candidate challenges, including identifying and removing roadblocks.
• Able to perform duties and responsibilities assigned by a leader or manager.
