Full Job Description:

The Kindle Ingestion and Expansion (KIX) team is seeking a hard-working individual to serve as an Administrative Assistant for the Jr. Developer program. This role is an exciting opportunity where the analyst will support the expansion of the junior development program and Amazon’s software development team across multiple companies. This role will include a range of responsibilities including project planning, event planning and organizational support. Most of the time, the assistant manager Jr. Dev will give students their first impression of Amazon. This candidate will have strong organizational skills, work well with internal and external teams, have great communication skills, enjoy the challenge of helping to build a large organization of talented people.
Demonstrated track record of effective time management, prioritization, working independently, achieving exceptional results and anticipating important milestones. Applicants must perform well under pressure, enjoy initiating new initiatives, and most importantly, have excellent customer service skills.

Graduation date between June 2024 and June 2026
