Full Job Description:

Experienced Customer Service Executives (CXE) are looking for an Amazon Connect Sales Specialist with a strong track record of results and a proven sales track record to acquire sales opportunities from the sales level. You will be responsible for creating, executing and transferring new customers of the Amazon Connect service. Customer Acquisition CXEs are responsible for leading marketing efforts for new customers looking to expand their contact center experience with AWS technology. We are focused on building back from the client’s business goals and building a solutions-based approach to gain client trust.

Main Functions:

• State the value proposition for the Amazon Link project
• Develop key relationships with AWS customers and create significant value by introducing and evangelizing Connect services.
• Provides subject matter expertise to improve sales opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Initiate immersion days at POC and account management teams to demonstrate the benefits and capabilities of the AWS cloud to potential customers.
• Research and identify new opportunities for AWS to innovate on behalf of our customers. • Collaborate with the account team to provide customers with credit programs and level recommendations based on their business goals and solution processes.
• Communicate lessons learned, service tips and best practices to connect management and service teams to continuously improve service and program offerings according to customer requirements.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
• Travel about 10-15%

Eligibility Criteria

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales of call technology
• Presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to a working audience
• Track record of building C-level team relationships and working with customer experience and on-call professionals
• Build relationships and close accounts receivable
