Full Job Description:
Amazon is looking for motivated and hard-working individuals to fill inventory management positions in our IT warehouse in Seattle. This IT warehouse supports IT companies in the Seattle area and across the United States, providing support or technical assistance. The successful Inventory Manager will be responsible for assisting the team working in the maintenance of IT inventory, supporting the receipt, opening, selection, packaging and analysis of assets assigned to the department. Main Functions:
Receipt and storage of computer and peripheral equipment
Selection of IT equipment for planning and installation
· Renewal of IT infrastructure, distributors and stores
Removal of IT equipment from school premises as required
Preparation of IT assets for migration according to IT and InfoSec policies
Managing the security and destruction of computer media based on InfoSec policies
The proper management of IT assets is returned as a computer system, reverse logistics system or disposal system.
Prepare all new leased applications and support IT staff during new employee onboarding
Assist other organizations in decommissioning and decommissioning IT assets from employees who leave the organization, deploying such assets in accordance with InfoSec policy.
Eligibility Criteria:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience or current Amazon Blue Badge employee
• 1+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• 1+ years of leadership experience directly managing others
• 1+ years working in an environment (production / distribution / warehousing / retail)
