Full Job Description:

The acquisition program team is seeking an Acquisition Engineer (AE) to serve as a technical resource and leader. The EA will be responsible for driving large projects and global initiatives, which directly impact the delivery of capabilities and acquisitions for our customers. If you enjoy interacting with customers and multiple stakeholders, tracking and analyzing performance data, and creating new processes and methods to drive improvements, we would love to meet you. Your role will help ensure the availability of high-quality AWS customers.

Main Functions:

Our accessibility engineers are proactive and eager for solutions to problems.
• Own and implement complex, large-scale, global engineering and programming programs and strategies that affect the delivery and availability of energy for our customers. • Follow and influence the direction of multiple engineering and functional teams within and outside of AWS to deliver complex / cross-functional projects.
• Educate, train and develop the professional development of the members of the organization.
• Interested in learning and team development, both through technical / operational and soft skills development (critical thinking, emotional intelligence and flexibility). • Develop, improve and share operational best practices across regions and with peers globally.

Engineers are available to us, who have high technical ability and demonstrate a wide range of technical knowledge and performance:
• Gather business requirements, operational documents and specifications, ensure systems capture relevant data to enable customers to measure the effectiveness of their processes. • Identify and gather the appropriate resources for each project, assign individual tasks, and create milestones and release schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Contribute to business operations and technology, assess and manage risk, measure and report progress, anticipate and resolve disruptions, manage risk, anticipate and make the market, solve business needs and technical limitations. • You are completely dependent on the ability to stream events.
• You bring Sr. Regular guidance, explaining the issues and answers in a simple and easy way
