What can you do as a customer partner?
As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you have a clear goal: prevent problems, resolve questions, and satisfy our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our North American and United Kingdom (UK) sales/customers answering their questions via phone, chat and/or email – this includes everything from legal and product inquiries to payment questions and website advice. Our customer service staff use a variety of tools to navigate, research and evaluate solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
What is your schedule?
This role requires flexible working hours to match when customers need us the most. You will work odd hours and your work week is at least 40 hours, and during your work, you are expected to receive calls and help our customers. To meet the needs of our customers, we have arranged different shift schedule from Sunday to Monday. Note that the schedule will not be fixed. We work on conversions, conversions and especially in grave scheduling. You will receive your schedule at least 4 weeks in advance and your schedule may change every 4 weeks. You may be required to work on national holidays, weekends and may be asked to work overtime based on business needs. To meet the needs of our customers, we implement periods in certain months during peak hours, peak hours and other critical work hours that will limit long, no-show, holiday periods. approved on furloughs. You will learn more about your schedule closer to your start date.

What qualifications do we need from you?
Minimum age: 18 years
Have completed at least two years of college or secondary education; Or
High school graduate (old program) with at least one (1) year of customer service experience; Or,
Less than two years of college education with at least one (1) year of customer service experience. Have the right to work in the Philippines without restrictions.
Strong communication skills in English (written and oral). Flexible service availability varies from Monday to Sunday. You will work 9 hours (8 hour shifts and 1 lunch break) and during your work you will be called upon to receive calls and assist our customers.
