• A combination of education and experience will be considered. You must be authorized to work in the United States under the Immigration Act of 1986. You must pass a criminal background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent; A college degree is preferred but not required. Preferential airframe and powertrain licenses.

Years of experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in major airlines. (A319 / A320 & 737 Next Gen / MAX preferred)
• At least 5 years of operational/management experience for major airlines. (A319 / A320 & 737 Next Gen / MAX preferred)
• Understand Airbus and Boeing guidelines and information.
• Understanding of reporting and analysis.
• Excellent written/oral communication, research and analytical skills.
• Must have a good working knowledge of Federal Aviation Laws.
• Excellent team building and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan housekeeping activities to achieve short and long term goals and strategies.
• Ability to work with people of all skill levels, internally and externally, while maintaining good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Team members will be expected to work long hours and work.
