You will be assigned one of the following groups:
Delta Connection (DC) – Supports end-to-end analysis and cross-functional planning and improvement for Delta’s regional airline operations.
Air Traffic Management (ATM) – ATM serves as liaison and support to the FAA in all aspects of air traffic control to obtain the maximum amount of air traffic to serve our customers. Operations Management – Manages multiple logistical functions to maintain flight schedule and integrity as well as to perform specific operations on time and on time.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
Undergraduate students seeking a bachelor’s degree in computer science, analytics, economics, industrial engineering, aviation management, or a similar 4-year program.
Must be willing to work for three co-op semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must be registered with the academic institution for the duration of the co-op program.
Willingness/ability to learn new skills is essential – be willing to try new things and fail, learn from each experience and improve. Willingness to think laterally and leverage the expertise of other team members, keeping a team-first attitude and your team’s success as a priority.
Strong organizational, project management and communication/writing skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Must be comfortable working in a team and individually
Where required by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive a COVID-19 vaccine by the date of employment to be considered for US-based employment, if Delta Air Lines, Inc. . not working now.
