The Retail Store Associate role offers the opportunity, in a leading retail environment, to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role, working both independently and as a team member, to positively affect the lives of others.
Important Functions:
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating empathy and care in all interactions, proactively identifying and resolving potential service issues.
• Focus on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, making eye contact and helping to find other items, if necessary.
Perform the role of cashier effectively – process cash, check and credit card transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Manage the sales floor by restocking shelves, monitoring vendors, updating pricing information and performing inventory management tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Support store opening and closing as required
• Provide customer support to all departments including Photography and Beauty, ensuring that the department is safe and functional while using all updated services and tools.
• Assists clinical staff when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth and career development opportunities.
