You are:
- Provide evidence-based home and family care, including appropriate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health issues, hygiene counseling and medical preparation for patients.
- Provide administrative services, including but not limited to opening/closing of clinics, inventory, patient assessment, insurance and billing, and administration of a clean environment .
- Responsible for overseeing patient appointments and performing environmental reviews to ensure patient outcomes.
- Communicates with patients about health care options, performs medical tests to help diagnose and treat patient injuries or illnesses, and collaborates with other physicians to manage treatment plans.
- Encourage patient involvement in their health and wellness care through services such as health screenings, alcohol and health behavioral health, and chronic disease management.
