Our claims team is looking for experienced claimants to join our fast-paced claims department. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient resolution of claims from paper to electronic images in a manufacturing environment.

The Main Functions Of Statement Maker Include:

-Outgoing calls to members and/or service providers for confirmation of specific information
– Handling and processing of complaints.
-Continue to establish the integrity of the receipt of documents in accordance with the work decision process and standard declaration. – Make informed decisions using state and federal guidelines and specific health plan criteria.
– Worked within turnaround time to meet customer performance commitments for claim management. – Meet productivity and quality standards

Please note that this range represents the salary for all positions and job classes in which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account many factors, including location.

Permission Required

At least 1 year of work experience that demonstrates continuous improvement of work and accountability, preferably in health care.
-Good verbal and written skills
– Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office Suite products

Eligibility Of Candidates

Experience as a call center
– Prior experience with a PBM
– Strong writing skills with speed and accuracy
– team spirit while being able to pursue personal productivity goals in the department every day
– The ability to remain organized in multiple demanding environments is important
– Ability to work overtime if necessary
