Full Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Sales Specialist, you will work to lead and support a team of pharmacy professionals and assist when the pharmacy is working on data entry, operations sales, and treatment support services. Our frontline team focuses on order fulfillment, working alongside the pharmacist to ensure accuracy, and providing the best customer service.

Other duties and responsibilities include:

Collaborate with senior professionals to coordinate daily production of assigned areas: data entry, customer service and automation.
Diagnose and assist in front-end processes and operational issues to determine solutions
Collaborate with store managers on team training plans and work with field training teams as needed
Assist in the planning, training and education process for all controlled substances in accordance with policies, procedures, state and federal laws.
