It is expected that the policy coordinators will work closely with the underwriters in the support department and assist them in ensuring that applicants and representatives receive high quality services in accordance with the standards. Aetna. The main tasks are to develop / implement new applications. Add corresponding memos to record the actions taken in the file. Track all pending requests from time to time to complete. Raise customer concerns/issues with manager for resolution, as appropriate
