CVS Health is seeking a highly motivated professional to design the highest quality testing solutions at the lowest possible cost using the latest technology.
This is a Representative III position within the Trials and Trials (TCoE) category. This person will support testing and work with our customers and other duties as required. This Representative III will be expected to work on trial planning to ensure the validity of clinical trials and benefits and may be asked to discuss trial results with senior management across multiple lines of business. This Representative III will work as a member of the benefits team on the clinical trial team, which will include conducting inquiries, complaints and defect investigations within the TCoE department or our internal customers. This person will engage with business partners and executives as required; to solve problems, drive results and meet project target dates as required by management. This individual will work with customer benefits, account management, and implementation management as well as with senior management to improve the overall quality of the customer implementation experience.
∙ Analyze customer service requests, determine best service methods and perform quality tests or evaluations. ∙ Run logos and demonstrate privacy integrity using various tools to ensure no financial impact or customer/participant dissatisfaction.
∙ Record issues and defects found during testing at SFDC
∙ Responsible for meeting or exceeding turnaround time and quality standards. ∙ Analyze customer benefit requests and escalate issues/comments with internal partners to meet customer needs
∙ Oversees performance assurance activities such as moving the implementation of standard procedures and/or changes to the production level after the final inspection is completed.
Permission Required:
1-3 years of work experience in a PBM or related work experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to analyze data, define requirements, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Knowledge and experience in QA and functional testing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
Eligibility Of Candidates
1-2 years of work experience in a PBM or managed care or healthcare organization preferred
Knowledge of RxClaim (AS400), EZQuery and EZTest tools
Good communication (oral and written) and collaboration skills
Good and professional attitude and willingness and ability to work in a team
Ability to interact with senior executives and SMEs
