As a Payroll Specialist at Netflix, you will be a key member of a high-performing global Payroll team and play a critical role in building payment systems and processes. world debt. Functions:

Ensure accurate and timely payments including base salary, stock compensation, payroll taxes, 401(k), fringe and fringe benefits, etc. Participate in timely and accurate month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and collections.
Support for payroll-related tasks, including year-end preparation, maintaining payroll, resolving payroll issues, and preparing periodic audits.
