How can you make an impact on this project?
It is responsible for contacting customers with expired accounts to save the account. They also perform preventative maintenance to avoid future delays in high-profile media accounts. Managing risk and reducing credit card risk and through credit process and process management.

Able to handle customer inquiries or disputes with reference card members, inquiries and follow up on necessary tasks. Liaise with ACT, GCP, CFN, CEN and TMC to ensure customer requirements are met.
Ensure that processes are in place to facilitate prioritization and timely decision making. Ensure timely delivery of quality customer service.
