We are looking for a creative and highly skilled person to help us shape the creative vision for a new AAA PC game. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be at the heart of the creative process and fulfillment for the first generation of Netflix’s original games developed in-house. As an actor, you will have an important role to play in creating, shaping and directing the characters that come to life in our world. A good artist is passionate about creating a visual identity while building, mentoring and encouraging a team of artists. This role will include leading all aspects of creating attractive, high-quality, and best-in-class AAA fonts.

WORK:
Be the art leader and take high delivery, contrast and style for our game characters.
Manage aspects of the project’s graphic design documentation related to quality and technical implementation of features. Developing a world/character worthy of a Netflix movie/series
Put original game plans into a game model in Unreal Engine with a focus on rapid prototyping to quickly get to “finding the shape.”
Collaborate with team members to develop ideas into models that build belief in the vision
Work with program, technical, and technical teams to define character applications and pipelines, including establishing technical standards and best practices.
Promote hands-on delivery of good character and reference to skill levels and critical abilities. Looking forward to leading the department and studio forward in pioneering game development
