How can you make an impact on this project?
The Assurance Manager will use their software testing experience and strong analytical skills to help build and improve manual and automated testing libraries to improve our industry-leading applications.
Important roles and responsibilities:
Work with software developers, QA testers and product owners to define our test suite and optimize our testing process. Manage relationships with our external QA vendors.
Work with our QA contractors, lead developers, release managers, and software development managers to test our product offerings. Work closely with our functional team to maintain a quality assurance environment and improve our CI/CD pipeline.
Participate in coordination and scheduling of requirements. Develop test plans, test property requirements and test project planning.
Develops, analyzes and evaluates program reports for quality improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities to adopt new technologies and test processes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 5+ years of technical experience, with a focus on quality assurance, with proven ability to write test cases, perform functional, automated, or performance analysis, and manage defects.
Experience defining and driving strategy and QA processes across multiple applications. Micro Focus Unified Performance Test (UFT) is required
Strong experience in test development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and cross-browser compatibility testing, continuous deployment and continuous deployment technologies. face.
Development experience in Java, Javascript or Python is preferred but not required.
