- We work with product managers, developers, content creators, user researchers, and other design experts to achieve goals, business objectives, and implement effective design strategies.

Things You Want:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Architecture or similar
- 3+ years of work experience in UX
- good understanding of the design process; Specialized in visuals and user interface. Knowledge of what is possible and what is difficult to achieve and/or implement in a digital environment
- Good understanding of e-commerce best practices. Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to think at the system level creating solutions that go beyond single use
- Communication and interpersonal skills: ability to present and express ideas, openness to develop opinions that respect beliefs
- Familiarity with business processes for design and collaboration tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Expert in creating deliverables including prototypes that represent detailed information, user flow/task flow, user journey, page flow, tax/civil, procurement methods, wireframes , annotations and interactive proposals.
- Ability to design and execute usability testing and other user research.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS. Practice technology is added to.
- UX writing tips. Online research papers covering e-commerce design work, mobile design, business analytics, and strategic thinking, resulting in great user reviews.
