In support of these products for consumers and customers, Enterprise Bank Servicing is hiring Rep-Cash Management. This role is a member of the Financial Services team within the Enterprise Bank corporate management team, where you will provide a world-class experience for American Express National Bank, assisting clients or business customers. You will provide the highest level of personalized customer service by supporting our customers’ first steps, building relationships and demonstrating a positive, friendly attitude. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming/outgoing calls and accounts while maintaining a professional relationship between American Express, the customer and the remote bank. You will respond to our customers’ requests by gathering and analyzing the necessary data to determine the appropriate course of action and support a cohesive and agile team environment. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day processing of wire transfers, ACH transactions, phone cash deposits, government check requests, inward transfers, account closings and cash or services. any other required. All financial operations are regulated and monitored by compliance, internal/external audit and federal regulators. We must ensure that due diligence is done prior to the movement of any financial transaction.
