The Digital Workplace (DW) organization within American Express is responsible for making Amex one of the best companies in the world for co-workers through a seamless technology experience, integrated and tailored for all colleagues with different needs and roles. The team supports a portfolio of desktop and mobile communications, collaboration and productivity tools at American Express offices around the world, when mobile, and in co-working environments. The Associate UX Designer leads the Digital Workplace Content Management/Development Platform team and will focus on improving the customer experience for Power BI/Power Apps end users.
Looking for a candidate with knowledge and experience with BI/Power Source applications. Functions:
Creating user-centric experiences and interfaces for products and solutions that streamline the end-to-end user journey
Creates detailed plans and specifications to create and improve user interface experiences and services for company products
Use design tools to create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, office diagrams, and user journey maps for presentations and user testing.
Creates high reliability plans for implementation by the development team
Analyze user reviews, business information and other data to continuously improve the customer experience
Review product changes or product improvements for acceptance and compliance with user experience requirements and satisfaction standards and recommend improvements.
Creates and maintains UI/UX resources such as content templates, samples, and guides to improve the design process for designers and developers.
Education:
Degree in computer science, interaction design, computer science or related field, or similar work experience.
