Full Job Description:

As a Project Engineer in the Disney Parks Product Experience, you’ll have the opportunity to perform impactful work that helps create Magic for our customers! Every day will be a little different, you may be collecting data from tools in the field or you may find yourself doing structural analysis for critical system issues. You will work to manage all the hardware and software details necessary for this system to work well with any interest.

Responsibility:

Tie all parts of technology and responsibility for approval, budget in the calendar.

Give a technical skills if necessary for the project or hoc model. Prepare any technical documentation including specifications, requirements, drawings, scope of work, installation plans or fixtures as required for successful completion.

Check that the supply and installation are working in accordance with the requirements. Manage the technical interfaces between the outputs of the project.

Create and maintain good working relationships with project teams, operations, engineering, security, suppliers, subcontractors and other partners and team members.

Key features:

3+ years of engineering experience, showing a high level of responsibility.

Experience designing, installing and commissioning complex infrastructure systems and regulatory frameworks in the industry. Experience in analysis, root cause analysis and risk analysis.

Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks

Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience in developing and managing project management systems using critical path methodology.

Demonstrated strong communication and verbal skills; able to present complex data relationships in a concise and concise manner. Ability to work after hours as required.

Candidate Qualifications:

Previous experience in the park industry

Professional Engineer Licensed in Florida. Experience with Maximo, SAP, Splunk Systems.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in engineering with a focus on equipment manufacturing (ie mechanical, electrical, control, or computer engineering) from an ABET-accredited institution
