The Project Management and Business Planning Specialist is a member of the German National Management Board and reports to the Business Planning Manager. You will be responsible for leading and supporting various projects that contribute to the successful implementation of the customer and business card and German country management plans.
Some of your duties:
Contribute to the efficient operation of the consumer and card issuer companies in Germany and Austria
Promotes successful implementation and implementation of plans and projects related to regional business units and national management in close coordination with various departments.
He is responsible for managing meeting content and presentations, such as team meetings and quarterly reporting meetings
Collaborate with other business planners to develop business (marketing) strategies
Coordinate all issues with different teams, such as Marketing, HR and Council Works
Strategic planning and organization of member engagement activities
Build a strong network across the organization
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Marketing/Communications or comparable qualification
2-3 years of professional experience in the field of project management and/or marketing
Strong organizational skills to achieve the implementation of plans and cooperation with a large number of employees and teams
Excellent verbal and written and presentation skills in English and German
Research, thinking and communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing situations, make quick and accurate decisions and work in a solution-oriented manner
Advanced level required to handle confidential information
