Full Job Description:
Accomplishes tasks and priorities using policies, data, and resources; interacting with managers, colleagues, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; to work; communicating progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting and learning through change, difficulty and feedback. Support the company’s policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Way Act; and implementing these into business processes and practices.
What will you do:
Communicate with individuals or groups orally and/or in writing (eg, customers, suppliers, partners). Processes payroll documentation for salary adjustments by researching, verifying and filing daily time reports, time and salary adjustments and payroll changes; assist with human resources functions (e.g. respond to payroll, benefits and employment related issues and questions; and report shortcomings to management.
Provides administrative support and to human resources functions by performing general clerical duties (e.g. filing, typing, faxing, answering the phone); enter data into multiple systems; schedule appointments and maintain logs; and prepare, review and analyze reports and other documents; process Human Resources (HR) reports and documents; paperwork processing; and the preparation, review and analysis of reports. Contributes to a wide range of HR functions by providing guidance; prepare, review, analyze and organize human resources (HR) reports and documents; and coordination of termination and delivery.
Provides support for the investment process by arranging interviews and drug tests; conducting checks; process new hires, layoffs, and submit paperwork and data entry services; and assist in the planning of new hires and deliveries. Contribute to work-related documentation and data entry tasks through information processing; Complete required forms (eg, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) log).
Actual hourly rate will be lower or higher than the minimum wage required for the position. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Compensation may be paid in cash for an amount ranging from $1.35 per hour to $2.35 per hour in exceptional circumstances. Bonuses can be based on schedule, installation, season, or specific work performed. Multiple bonuses may apply if applicable criteria are met.
