Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant relevant experience.
3 years of experience in B2B marketing or field marketing and pipeline. Experience in planning and executing multiple marketing programs with staff, especially working with field sales teams.
Candidate Qualifications:
Experience working with cloud technologies. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g. Salesforce.com or similar) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to measure campaign performance.
Experience defining and delivering scalable marketing practices, with problem solving and strategic capabilities. The ability to use information and data to define strategies, improve results and inspire new ideas.
Good communication. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to coordinate communication with multiple audiences.

As a Field and Pipeline Marketing Manager, you will monitor pipeline health, develop actionable insights, and promote campaigns and central programs to develop and promote pipelines in the region. You will be a trusted advisor to sales leaders and have a deep understanding of the nuances of the assigned area. You will collaborate and communicate with the marketing team to ensure that you are actively distributing feedback from the field to influence future programs and campaigns. Deliver relevant events and messages to the sales team and collaborate with the sales team by sharing feedback from the field to inform upcoming initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to sales management by ensuring adequate pipeline coverage, providing regular data-driven media updates and communicating regional needs across the sales floor.
Review sales performance dashboards to monitor week-to-week performance to inform marketing strategies and drive desired actions among field salespeople. Reduce regional pipeline gaps by creating an integrated bridge plan.
