We Are Seeking A Lead Internal Auditor To Conduct SOX And Operational Audits To Support The Operational And Financial Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Netflix. This Position Is Based In Los Gatos.
Responsibilities:
Assist In All Phases (Planning, Fieldwork, And Reporting) Of The IT SOX Program, Including But Not Limited To Conducting Walkthroughs, Testing (ITGC, Application Audits, IPE Testing, SOC Reviews, Etc.) And Reporting Results To Stakeholders. Work With Engineering Stakeholders To Evaluate System Implementation For Ongoing SOX Compliance By Establishing SOX Readiness Procedures.
- Technology Audit Process Around In House And Third Party Systems. In Most Cases, Implement Procedures That Provide Review Control Through Code Review.
- Communicate Effectively And Efficiently With Stakeholders To Build Trust And Credibility. Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Automation To Increase The Efficiency And Impact Of Audit Procedures.
Work With External Auditors On An Ongoing Basis To Ensure Ongoing Alignment And Timely Completion Of Agreed Upon Milestones. Assist In Risk Assessment, Scoping, Planning And Execution Of Operations Audit And Integrated Audit Program Activities.
Document Accurate And Detailed Work Papers That Clearly Describe Audit Procedures, Results Of Work Performed, And Conclusions Reached.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree In Information Systems, Accounting, Business Or Related Field
- More Than 4 Years Of Experience, Preferably At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Public Accounting Or Internal Auditing
- Good Knowledge Of Basic Technology Concepts (Infrastructure, Applications, Etc.)
- Knowledge Of IT Audit Process/Procedure
- Knowledge Of Using Computer Software (Eg SQL, EXCEL, Microstrategy, Tableau) And Cloud ERP Systems (Eg Workday)
- Working Knowledge Of Cloud Systems And Cloud Compliance
- Demonstrate Excellent Communication Skills (Both Written And Verbal), Good Judgment In Problem Analysis, Risk Assessment Skills, And Technology And Internal Control Assessments
