Full job description

Evans air conditioning is a top-quality commercial and residential Performance based contractor. We offer great pay and benefits with a performance based pay structure.

Helpers $600 per week avg 40 hr week

all hand tools acquired $100 per week raise($700 wk)

EPA certification $100 per week raise ($800 wk)

service call pay (tech in a van)

yr 1 apprentice $20 per hr or 20% of revenue (whichever’s greater)

yr 2 $25 per hr or 20% of revenue (whichever’s greater)

yr 3 $30 per hr or 20% of revenue (whichever’s greater)

yr 4 $35 per hr or 20% of revenue (whichever’s greater)

yr 5+ $40 per hr or 20% of revenue (whichever’s greater)

technicians with previous experience may be negotiated during interview

tech generated install work 3% spiff if weekly revenue target is hit

raises per year are not guaranteed and will be based on revenue, call backs, attendance.

install pay

change out/installs pay 10% of revenue to crew or hourly (whichever’s greater). crew mix determines %paid.

tech generated service call (new customer) $50 spiff

tech generated install lead (new customer) 10% commission

We only look for the best, to be considered you must have –

– High personal integrity

– Clean criminal record

– Drug-free

– Must have at least some HVAC service experience

– Clean or near clean driving record

– Must be honest

– Must be able to communicate clearly to customers and coworkers

– Must be able to climb ladders, work on roofs and lift 50+lbs safely from the ground to the standing position. Work in hot attics and nasty crawl spaces all day.

These skills will help with pay and likelihood of hire

– Years of experience in A/C service

– A/C and furnace change-out and retrofit experience

– Customer service and general problem solving

-Experience as a Journeyman or Master Electrician

– General mechanical and technical experiences of all types whether professional or hobby.

– Pictures of work and real customer/coworker references are a plus

The job will require –

Working Monday through Friday 40hrs a week anywhere from 6am to 5 pm
