Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Exchange server environments.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Implement and maintain Exchange server configurations, including mailbox management and security settings.
- Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancement.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for knowledge sharing and process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange server environments.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task delegation.
- Strong understanding of email protocols, such as SMTP, POP3, and IMAP.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote work setting.
Working Hours:
- Flexible hours based on client needs, with occasional availability during off-peak hours for system maintenance and emergencies.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server and related technologies.
